A Calling to Equip Leaders

Leadership formation is not simply about knowledge.
It is about character, relationships, stewardship, and faithfulness.

Through Relationship Matters and Leadership Matters courses, I have witnessed the Lord raising up Chinese diaspora believers to step into leadership with humility and clarity.

In addition to teaching, I have had the privilege of serving on global facilitator teams for Leadership Matters courses. Walking alongside fellow facilitators from different nations has deepened my understanding of the global Body of Christ.

Through ITA short module online courses, I have come to know emerging leaders from diverse ministry contexts. These relationships are among the greatest gifts of this calling.

My prayer is that every course, every baptismal service, and every gathering will bear lasting fruit for His Kingdom.

This collection exists not to record achievements, but to remember His faithfulness.
